MISSED APPOINTMENT 

AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hour advanced notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

 

If less then 24 hrs notice is given and we are unable to fill the time slot, you will be charge 50% for the appointment.

New Clients will be confirmed two days prior to their scheduled appointment.  We will need to speak to you and confirm the appointment. 

If we leave you a message just please call back and confirm before the next day. Unfortunately, we have had many new appointments not show up.

During these times and with Covid-19, we understand that due to unexpected illness, there may be times when a last minute cancellation is necessary.  We will take that into consideration.
